    The trend of paper industry and the problems of fiber material are introduced,according to the facing problems,it will be important to solve the problems of fiber material by integration of paper and forest.The suggestions of the author are put forward to promote its developing healthily.The content and the rule of FSC certification are discussed and the status of FSC(Forestry Stewardship Council) in the world were also introduced.
